It's similar to Wireshark in that it lets you view the communication between browser and server but it shows the decrypted SSL communication. Additionally, it cuts through the garbage of Wireshark, showing you the payload of the communication in a structured format saving you the time of weeding through a lot of useless data in a difficult to read format that Wireshark gives you.
